This product / Footwear should be handled with care. To maintain its shape, use a shoehorn and alternate your shoes daily. Exposure to the elements may alter the upper and sole; this is normal and contributes to the distinctive character of your shoes. To clean the fabric upper, simply wipe it with a damp, light-colored cloth. Clean the soles in the same way. Avoid using soap or chemical cleaning products on any part of your shoes. Do not machine wash. For storage, insert shoe trees or stuff them with paper, and place the shoes in separate cotton pouches.

You may return or request an exchange within 14 days, free of charge, provided that the items meet the required conditions: they must be unused, unworn, in perfect resalable condition, and returned with all tags and hangtags attached, in their original packaging.
