Participation in the Program

Participation in The Inner Circle Loyalty Program is free of charge. Customers may join the program upon making their first purchase or by registering their phone number in their personal account. Where necessary, an SMS containing a verification code may be sent to activate membership.

Participation in the program constitutes consent to the processing of the personal data required for the operation of the program.

Membership Principles

All rights granted under The Inner Circle are personal to the member. These rights may not be transferred, sold, assigned to third parties, or converted into cash. No partial or full cash payment will be made for unused points.

Earning Points

Points may only be earned on purchases of full-price products. Only the value of purchased products is taken into account in the calculation; redeemed points, promo codes, gift cards, and shipping charges are excluded from the points calculation.

No points are earned on discounted products, gift cards, or shipping services. If an order contains both discounted and full-price items, only the full-price items will be included in the points calculation.

For installment payments, earned points are accrued at half rate. For online purchases, earned points are credited to the membership account after the order has been delivered. In some cases, the activation of points may be subject to the completion of the return period.

Use of Points

Within the scope of the program, 1 point = 1 ruble discount. Members may redeem points for up to 30% of the total purchase amount. The total amount of points that may be used in a single transaction may not exceed 100,000 rubles. The remaining balance shall be paid using other valid payment methods.

Points may not be used to pay shipping charges. Points may be redeemed in seasonal stores and outlet stores; however, no points are earned on purchases made in outlet stores.

Returns and Adjustments

If a purchased product is returned, the points earned in relation to that product will be deducted from the membership balance. Points used during the original purchase may be re-credited to the membership account, provided that the return complies with the applicable conditions.

If there are insufficient points in the membership account, the value corresponding to the missing points may be deducted from the refund amount.

Point Validity Period

Standard points are valid for 365 days from the date they are credited. The validity period of points issued during a campaign may vary depending on the terms of the relevant campaign.

Points not used within their validity period will be automatically deleted at the end of the relevant period and may not be reinstated.

Birthday Benefit

If the member adds their date of birth to their personal account, birthday bonus points may be granted. These points are valid for a limited period and, under the standard practice, must be used within 14 days.

Membership Tier

The membership tier is determined based on the member's shopping performance during the relevant calendar year. Tier evaluations may be updated each year in January. Emiliano Zapata reserves the right to amend the tier structure and evaluation criteria.

Restrictions

Points earned under the program may not be used for:

• discounted products,
• gift cards,
• shipping charges,
• campaigns or services excluded from the program.

Points may not be pledged as collateral, transferred to another account, or used for commercial purposes. The use of points may be restricted for certain payment methods.

Account Security and Misuse of the Program

Emiliano Zapata reserves the right to suspend membership, cancel points, or terminate membership in the following cases:

• violation of the program rules,
• provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information,
• suspicion of fraud,
• detection of transactions for commercial use or resale purposes,
• determination that the program has been misused.

Technical Interruptions

The operation of the program may be temporarily suspended or restricted due to system maintenance, technical failures, infrastructure issues, or force majeure events. In such cases, Emiliano Zapata's records shall prevail.

Claims and Review Process

In cases involving missing points, incorrect point deductions, or similar claims, documents and records relating to the relevant purchase may be requested. For in-store purchases, the receipt may be requested; for online purchases, order and invoice details may be required for review.

Processing of Personal Data

The following personal data may be processed within the scope of the program:

• name and surname,
• date of birth,
• phone number,
• email address.

Such data may be processed for the following purposes:

• creation and administration of membership,
• management of customer communications,
• definition of campaigns and benefits,
• improvement of service quality,
• fulfillment of legal obligations.

Where necessary, such data may be shared with third-party service providers offering information technology, communication, operational, or support services. Personal data shall be protected and retained in accordance with the applicable legislation and relevant retention requirements.

Withdrawal from the Program

A member may request to withdraw from The Inner Circle Loyalty Program by contacting customer service or through the designated support channels.

Right to Amend

Emiliano Zapata reserves the right to amend the membership structure, tier criteria, point earning and redemption rules, benefits, validity periods, and all other terms and conditions of The Inner Circle Loyalty Program, either by prior notice or, where necessary, with immediate effect.

Emiliano Zapata also reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or fully terminate the program whenever deemed necessary.
